After taking part in a 3 day GSK IMPACT Awards Development Programme, last night Val, Helena, Karen and Sian attended the award ceremony at the Science Museum in London. In February we found out that we were one of ten winners from across the UK to win the prestigious GSK IMPACT Award. Last night was finally our chance to get hold of the award and celebrate with the other charities.
As part of the award, a video was made to highlight some of the key work that we do with carers throughout the city. A clip was shown on the evening and you can see the full film below.
We are so proud of this achievement and hope to continue providing the greatest service for the 73,000 carers in Leeds for many more years.
