Part of the carer education and wellbeing project, this session includes top tips for carers on how to get through the day when you haven’t slept, along with advice about how to maximise your chances of sleeping.

These interactive sessions last approximately 90 minutes with a ten minute break in the middle.

We will have some group discussion, look at resources and share ideas and hints and tips on sleep. Don’t worry, we wont be talking about the benefits of baths, lavender and cocoa! But instead exploring the latest scientific research around sleep and some of the different techniques available for you to try.
