Create time for yourself.
Join our relaxed monthly ‘bring your own craft’ group for carers. You will need to bring your own materials for sewing, painting, knitting, colouring, drawing, all crafting welcome.
If you don’t have a current craft project to bring there will be some craft materials available for you to try. It will be a great place to get help and advice from liked-minded creative carers or even share a craft skill you’ve learnt with the group.
Tea, coffee and biscuits will be available.
