We know these days many health services require us to be online, and this can often come with its own challenges.

If you would like to learn how to manage your own health online, come along to our friendly group workshop where we will be teaching you how to register for GP services online (how to book appointments, order prescriptions, and check your medical record), and will share some different online tools that can help you to manage your caring role and health conditions.
