Part of the carer education and wellbeing project, this session includes top tips for carers on how to live with worry.

This session isn’t about telling you to simply not worry-as a carer that might be impossible. Instead we will look at how you can manage your worries. These interactive sessions last approximately 90 minutes with a ten minute break in the middle and will include group discussion, hints, tips, techniques and a look at some of the resources that are available to you.
