Creative Carers wellbeing session

Join us for our creative and fun sessions held at Leeds Playhouse.
After a successful Creative Carers project earlier this year, Carers Leeds and Fall Into Place Theatre are back with our Creative Wellbeing sessions, to be held from November 2022 – March 2023.These sessions are open to all and are a safe and friendly space for us to take some time to take care of ourselves and our wellbeing. The sessions will include a range of creative activities from storytelling, crafts, movement, playful games and mindfulness practices. We will be planning activities based on the preferences of the members in the group so please don’t feel that you need to have certain skills to join.
ALL ARE WELCOME. Join us for a fun, joyful, memorable time in a safe space.

We would love it if you can join us for all the sessions but equally understand if some dates don’t work for you. Please let us know if you have any accessibility needs. We can also arrange to cover transport costs too.
