To celebrate Carers Week, Carers Leeds have teamed up with the Hamara Centre to provide an afternoon bursting with information on our services and we will also have some Carers Emergency Packs to give out.

Why not come down and meet Nashima (Young Dementia Carer Support Worker) and Mary (Dementia Team Leader) and ask us about our services and how we can help you if you are a carer . Join us too even if you are not sure if you are a carer.

Light refreshments as well as tea/coffee and biscuits will be provided by the Hamara Centre.

There is no need to book for this event, please just turn up.
