Apply for a Max Card

The Max Card is a discount card for families of looked after children and children with special educational needs and disabilities. Families simply show their Max Card upon entry to a venue in order to obtain free or discounted admission.

Children and young people will be eligible for the Max Card up to the age of 25yrs.

Carers Leeds is able to offer a Max Card to parent carers living in Leeds (West Yorkshire) and looking after a child with special education needs, health condition or disability.

The Max Card costs £5.00 each. If you are able; we ask that you donate £5.00 to Carers Leeds to cover the cost of the card.
