Upcoming Groups and Events

A promotional poster for People in Action’s Healthy Lifestyle Project. The poster announces a Circle of Support Training Session that is new for support workers and family members. It explains that People in Action is running a free half-day training session for family members, support workers, and others who support learning disabled and autistic people. Participants will learn how to help people eat a healthy diet, be more active, manage their weight, and explore emotional wellbeing.
