Digital Support

Carers Leeds offers digital support for unpaid carers in Leeds.

Being online can provide invaluable support, helping you access resources, manage your caring role, and maintain your wellbeing.

Our digital support service offers one-to-one sessions to help you build confidence in using technology, devices and the internet. Whether you’re a complete beginner or looking to enhance your skills, we’ll work at your pace to ensure you feel comfortable and independent online.

I can see more and do more now – it’s like a new world. It’s taken a bit to take it in but I can do banking now and I had never been confident about that. I couldn’t order clothes and was always worried but it’s a big saver as I can get stuff cheaper online.

We’ve also got a new addition to the family so I can now receive and view photos of them – that’s been an absolute bonus!
