Young Adult Carers

Carers Leeds recognises that Young Adult Carers (those aged between 16-25) may face specific challenges.

We can help you through our:

We can support you to manage your own health, wellbeing and relationships, as well as your caring role. We can also offer guidance on managing money and practicalities, and how to get time to yourself. We aim to help you be your best – as a carer and as yourself.

Our approach is flexible and adaptable, because we know every carer is unique.

We work closely with Family Action, who support young carers (children and young people under 18).

Visit Family Action’s Young Carers website to find out more.
