Join Leeds Recovery College for a free wellbeing course designed to help unpaid carers understand their limits, recognise their needs and set boundaries with confidence and compassion.

Setting boundaries can sometimes feel difficult, particularly when you’re caring for someone else. This session offers an opportunity to reflect on your own needs, explore why saying ‘no’ can be challenging and develop practical tools to communicate your boundaries.

During the course, you’ll explore:

  • Where your boundaries currently sit and where you’d like them to be.
  • Why saying ‘no’ can sometimes feel difficult.
  • Practical techniques for communicating your needs.
  • How to set limits without shutting down.
