Penny has over 20 years’ experience working with senior management teams in Higher Education to deliver innovative strategic projects.  She has extensive experience in programme management, commercialisation, innovation, enterprise and securing competitive funding.

Penny has been a carer for family members for many years and is passionate about the role of carers.  She joined the Board of Trustees in 2025.
