Nic has worked in national NHS roles for the last 20+ years having started his career in professional services and locally in the NHS in West Yorkshire. Most of this time has been delivering digital and technology programmes to the NHS and directly to citizens. Since 2019 Nic has been in NHS commercial leadership roles, and he was previously Chief Commercial Officer at NHS Digital. Nic is now Director of Commercial Delivery at NHS England.

Nic brings experience in organisation leadership and development, and digital and commercial delivery. He has lived in Leeds for the past 30 years and joined the board of trustees in November 2025.
