Wellbeing massages are designed to give health benefits guaranteed to melt away your stress and tension. Delivered by Jo, our amazing Wellbeing Therapist who has been supporting Carers Leeds for many years, helping carers unwind and take some time to recharge those batteries!

Treatments are just £5 per session. Choose from Aromatherapy Massage, Indian Head Massage, Foot Massage or Face and Neck Massage.

Please note these sessions are limited with only 7 spaces per month. For that reason, appointments will be given on a first come first served basis. You are only entitled to one appointment within 6 months in order for others to enjoy the benefits.

The Carers Leeds Administration team will be taking bookings for October appointments only.

Bookings cannot be made in advance for any future sessions and we do not have a waiting list option
