Wellbeing massages are designed to give health benefits guaranteed to melt away your stress and tension. Delivered by Jo, our amazing Wellbeing Therapist who has been supporting Carers Leeds for many years, helping carers unwind and take some time to recharge those batteries!  

Treatments are just £5 per session lasting 50 minutes. Choose from Indian Head Massage, Foot, Hand, Face, Back and Neck Massage.  

The Wellbeing sessions will take place on 3 July 2023.  

Please note there are only 7 paces per session. 

For that reason, appointments will be given on a first come first served basis and only one appointment per carer is available between now and December 2023.  

Bookings cannot be made in advance for any future sessions and we do not have a waiting list option.  

The Carers Leeds Administration team will be taking bookings for this event from Tuesday 30th May 2023.
