Carers Leeds are running a number of learning sessions during Carers Week 2025. This session covers Care Act and Carers Assessments and is in person.

About the session

The Care Act gives you specific legal rights—and one of the most important is the right to a Carer’s Assessment from your local authority. This session will explain what the Care Act means for you, how to request a Carer’s Assessment, and what support it can unlock.
