A weekly support group offering a welcoming space to talk, connect with others, and explore practical strategies around autism, ADHD and AuDHD.

The sessions include group discussion and the opportunity for brief one-to-one guidance if you are feeling overwhelmed or unsure where to start. The aim is to help people feel more supported and leave with a simple plan or next steps.

The group is run by the Yorkshire Academy for Neurodiversity and Mental Health.

When: Thursdays, 6:00pm – 8:00pm
Dates: Weekly during March (until the end of the month)

Cost: Free
Age: 18+

Parking is available at the rear of the building.

Who this is for

This group is for adults aged 18+ who:

  • Are autistic, have ADHD or AuDHD

  • Think they may be neurodivergent

  • Want to better understand neurodiversity

  • Are looking for peer support and practical advice

No formal diagnosis is required.

Carers and supporters are welcome to attend.
