Are you feeling inspired by Strictly Come Dancing and ready to feel FAB-U-LOUS?  

The brilliant folk at Yorkshire Dance are joining us with a Dance On session. Dance On sessions are fun, engaging, taught by expert Dance Artists and are adaptable for different mobility levels. There are a variety of music styles which will be sure to put a smile on your face and get you moving!

This event is part of our carers connections service which supports carers aged 50 and over to make social contacts and increase involvement in social activities. We also provide support feeling confident with Zoom and accessing online groups, so please do get in touch! All events are inclusive of carers and their families, including anyone being cared for.

This event is accessed over the internet via zoom. To take part you will need access to a computer, smart phone or tablet.
