Writing your thoughts down on paper can be a great way to release unhelpful emotions and free your mind to focus on happier matters. In this workshop you will learn how to clear away some of the feelings that get you down, reflect on them and if you choose, let them go.
Carers are invited to join us to have some fun and improve your wellbeing. There’s no experience or previous writing skills required.
