Enjoy a relaxing few hours with us as we learn tension relief techniques that can easily be completed at home. We’ll learn two techniques that can make a huge difference to your wellbeing.

  1. Mindfulness: learning simple meditation practices to find calm, rest and relaxation, and connect more to the here-and-now.
  2. Gentle chair yoga: learning gentle yoga stretches combined with breathing awareness.

If possible, you should wear loose clothing.

The time for us café is a Carers Leeds monthly event that aims to give all carers a break from caring, a chance to learn something new, and have a nice lunch with new friends.

Each month we run a different activity and in the past have covered a range of topics from massages and manicures to expert advice on avoid scams and fraud. Carers find our events give them chance to relax and enjoy a new experience. Come to one or come to them all – the choice is yours.
