Support For Bereaved Carers

The Support After Loss group which offers bereaved carers the opportunity to socialise and build their confidence in getting out and about and enjoying the activities and events in the community.

We always have lots of ideas for activities and social events. Our events are held at the Carers Leeds offices in Leeds with every other meeting being scheduled for a social activity (often in another location).

We have lots of ideas for activities planned for 2017 like a trip to the West Yorkshire Playhouse to see the stage musical Strictly Ballroom, mindfulness and ways of managing stress events, a trip to Harrogate Spring Flower Show, Gentle Movement and Creative Writing Sessions. The group has also enjoyed informal coffee mornings, talks and art workshops.
