We know its not always possible to get to Carers Leeds city centre office for information, advice and support with your caring role, so we have outreach Carer Support Workers who come to you.

This community carers clinic is based in New Croft GP Surgery, so if  you are a carer and also a patient at the practice, you can book an appointment to see a Carer Support Worker right here.

To make an appointment simply speak to reception staff in your GP Surgery.  Our Carer Support Worker Grace will offer you a 45 minute appointment between 1.30pm & 4.30pm on one of the following dates:
