An event every week that begins at 10:00 am on Friday, repeating until April 3, 2020
This LifeSPA mindfulness course is for people aged over 50. Evidence suggests mindfulness can improve sleep, pain management, anxiety and depression.
The course will provide practical tools to: manage stress and anxiety, promote positive mental and physical health, increase motivation and self-care.
