Male carers: Canal trip
May 30 @ 10:00 am - 4:00 pm| Free
We invite male carers to join us for a relaxing day on the historic canal system from Mirfield.
This is a great opportunity to get away from the city, chat with other male carers or just simply enjoy the peace and tranquillity of the waterways. Please bring a packed lunch.
Our monthly male carers group is a great opportunity to relax and meet other men who share an understanding of your situation. Join us to take a break, chat and meet new people.
Booking is required – please call Carers Leeds on 0113 246 8338 after 10am on Tuesday 19 March to secure your place.

Group support is a good way to share experiences and get emotional support from other people in the same or similar situation. The groups are welcoming and friendly, give carers a break from caring and gives you the opportunity to get advice, information and support tailored towards your caring role. Some groups enjoy activities, wellbeing sessions and have speakers who may be of particular interest to the group. If you need any further information please contact Carers Leeds advice line on 0113 380 4300.
