We invite all male carers to come and enjoy a fun & relaxing afternoon at Adel Archery Club.

This session will be run by a qualified coach at the club. He will take you through the basics so you can have a go at archery, and also enjoy a cuppa in the company of other male carers.

Archery can be beneficial in many ways including;
– building physical strength
– meeting like-minded people
– improving coordination and balance
– clearing your mind to develop focus and concentration

This event is for male carers only there is a cost of £5 per person.

This group is one of many free carers groups across Leeds. Group support is a good way to share experiences and get emotional support from other people in the same or similar situation. The groups are welcoming and friendly, give carers a break from caring and gives you the opportunity to get advice, information and support tailored towards your caring role.
