Following our recent series of online wellbeing workshops, feedback from carers told us the relaxation session was in high demand, so we have set up a regular weekly session.

Join us every Monday at 11am for 30 mins of relaxation. Using zoom, we will explore and practice a range of relaxation techniques over the weeks, including breathing exercises and meditation.

You need to be able to watch and hear a zoom video, but having your own camera or microphone is not essential.  The sessions start on Monday 18 May and will run until the end of August.

We know that relaxation doesn’t happen without effort, it is something you have to commit to. Taking 30 minutes out of your day shouldn’t be seen as an indulgent treat. It is time well spent and will clear your mind and improve concentration to help you tackle the rest of your day.
