BAME craft & chat
April 24 @ 1:00 pm - 3:00 pm
An event every month that begins at 1:00pm on day Last of the month, repeating indefinitely
Each month we welcome carers from black, Asian and minority ethnic (BAME) communities of Leeds to join us at this carers support group. We meet at the BAME Health & Wellbeing Hub on the last Wednesday of each month to enjoy trying various crafts and meeting with other carers in a relaxing setting.
This group is one of many free carers groups within the city. Group support is a good way to share experiences and get emotional support from other people in the same or similar situation.
The groups are welcoming and friendly, give carers a break from caring and gives you the opportunity to get advice, information and support tailored towards your caring role.
Some groups enjoy activities, well-being sessions and have speakers who may be of particular interest to the group.
If you need any further information please contact Carers Leeds advice line on 0113 380 4300.
