To celebrate the International Day of People with Disabilities, we’re hosting this autobiographical writing workshop.

We all have a story to tell and a voice that deserves to be heard. Join us to discover the benefits of writing your story, learn some techniques and hear examples of other work. Ruth Middleton joins us to talk about her experience and journey writing her story.

Our carers connections service supports carers aged 50 and over to make social contacts and increase involvement in social activities. We also provide support feeling confident with Zoom and accessing online groups, so please do get in touch! All events are inclusive of carers and their families, including anyone being cared for.

This event is accessed over the internet via zoom. To take part you will need access to a computer, smart phone or tablet.

We’re looking forward to seeing you there.
