Over the 8 weeks\, participants will explore stress and anxiety\, learn to recognise their own triggers\, and develop practical strategies for emotional regulation. \nWhen and where\nDates: 13 April – 15 June 2026 (No sessions on Bank Holidays 4 May and 25 May) \nTime: Mondays\, 2:30pm – 4:00pm \nLocation: Women’s Counselling and Therapy Service\, 43 Park Square North\, Leeds LS1 2NP \nPlease note: this is a psycho‑educational group\, not group therapy. Over the 8 weeks\, participants will explore stress and anxiety\, learn to recognise their own triggers\, and develop practical strategies for emotional regulation. \nWhen and where\nDates: 13 April – 15 June 2026 (No sessions on Bank Holidays 4 May and 25 May) \nTime: Mondays\, 2:30pm – 4:00pm \nLocation: Women’s Counselling and Therapy Service\, 43 Park Square North\, Leeds LS1 2NP \nPlease note: this is a psycho‑educational group\, not group therapy.
