Walk In My Shoes

Carers Health Walk

Come and join in the fun discovering new places and meeting new people.

Walking strengthens your heart, lowers risk of diabetes, helps you lose weight, tones up legs, boosts vitamin D and gives you energy!

Research has also shown that 20 to 25 minutes walking a day can increase your lifespan by seven years!

Come and join us for a fun, social and healthy walk.

Date: 2nd Wednesday of Every Month.
