Are you aged 16- 25 years and looking after someone? Come and join us this Carers Week for free pizza and meet other young adult carers in a similar situation.

Our young adult carers meet monthly to take some time out, relax and have fun. Carers Week is a great chance to meet other carers and also access support and advice from our specialist support worker.

This group is one of many free carers groups within the city. Group support is a good way to share experiences and get emotional support from other people in the same or similar situation.

The groups are welcoming and friendly, give carers a break from caring and gives you the opportunity to get advice, information and support tailored towards your caring role.

Some groups enjoy activities, wellbeing sessions and have speakers who may be of particular interest to the group.
