If you are a male carer why not meet with other men who are looking to take a break from caring responsibilities and that share a good understanding of your situation. This month we invite you to join us for a game of ten pin bowling and refreshments at MFA Bowl (Merrion Centre).

No experience or special equipment needed. You can even wear your own shoes!

This male carers group is one of many free carers groups within the city. Group support is a good way to share experiences and get emotional support from other people in the same or similar situation.

The groups are welcoming and friendly, give carers a break from caring and gives you the opportunity to get advice, information and support tailored towards your caring role.

Some groups enjoy activities, well-being sessions and have speakers who may be of particular interest to the group.
