The Leeds Social Value Charter was launched on 24th May – the Charter sets out the principles behind the vision of Leeds being a healthy, fair, compassionate and caring city where everyone benefits from the city’s economic growth.  We understand that the success of Leeds is dependent on private, public and third sector (such as Carers Leeds) partners working together for mutual benefit and the good of the city.

As an organisation, we are committed to making links and relationships with all organisations in Leeds to raise awareness of the issues faced by carers and the support carers need to continue their  caring relationship.  To this end, the Social Value Charter underpins the contribution of all organisations and communities in Leeds to creating a compassionate and caring environment, where carers and the people they care for are respected and valued.
