Pete Allison from Capital Yorkshire is taking on a MASSIVE challenge in support of Carers Leeds through Global’s Make Some Noise charity. Pete is running FIVE half marathons, over FIVE days across Yorkshire passing through SEVEN iconic stadiums.

Pete’s going to have to train hard, because he will be running 13.1 miles over 5 consecutive days, between Yorkshire’e biggest stadiums from Hull, Sheffield, Rotherham, Barnsley, Huddersfield, Bradford and Leeds, starting on Monday 23 April and finishing on Friday 27 April. That’s an EPIC 65 miles!

On Monday 23rd April, he’ll start and end in Hull KCOM Stadium. On Tuesday 24th April he’ll go from Rotherham United’s New York Stadium to Sheffield United’s Bramall Lane to Sheffield Wednesday’s Hillsborough stadium. Then on Wednesday 25th April he’ll run from Barnsley to Huddersfield Town’s John Smith’s Stadium. On Thursday 26th April he’ll set off from John Smith’s Stadium to Bradford City’s Valley Parade and on Friday 27th April he’ll go from Valley Parade and finish at our very own Leeds United’s Elland Road.

All to raise as much money as possible to help give a voice to small projects supporting disadvantaged children and young people including Carers Leeds.
