Carers Week is a national campaign that aims to raise awareness of caring, highlight the challenges that carers face and recognise the incredible contribution that carers make to families and communities throughout the UK.

This year Carers Week runs from 6th – 12th June and Carers Leeds aims to reach many of 72,000 carers in Leeds to let them know about the specialist information, advice and support that we can give to them. This level of vital support makes a huge difference to how carers are able to care for their friends or family who are ill, disabled or have addiction problems.

During Carers Week, Carers Leeds will have information stalls all over the city and the week begins with a pop up stall on Albion Street in the heart of Leeds.

We are also running different events for carers, including day trips and visits to local attractions.
